Workstation/Server Installation
Includes installation of system software and hardware. Systems requiring additional hardware installation or system configuration may cost more. Diskless systems are not installed or supported.
• The installation fee is waived if the customer purchases a one-year, full-service (hardware, systems,) contract.
Systems Maintenance Contract
Includes customized software support and access to all common resources maintained by Navigator Systems, installation and maintenance (including upgrade and replacement when necessary).

Annual Hardware Maintenance Contract
Navigator Systems can provide hardware support contracts for many models of Sun Microsystems workstations and servers. Prices are based upon the particular model of workstation or server. Certain systems are not eligible for an Navigator Systems hardware support contract. Please contact for specific details.
Hardware maintenance contracts are required for servers and disk arrays housed in the ------ center. Such contracts can either be from Navigator Systems or a third-party vendor. For Sun Microsystems workstations and servers located -------------------- data center, an accompanying software support contract is optional.

Non-Contract Repairs
Charges for repair of servers and other equipment not under maintenance contract are based on time and materials with a 2 hour minimum.
